My obsession

Hearth of the storm is my forever project that i have been planing and working properly brick by brick for around 3 years and im nowhere near even at starting the comic/manga series. i have carried the idea and added layers for over 10 years and in 2022 when i finally bought my drawing tablet i started producing art from the hots universe. here are my favourites from that time. and more will come all the time! come follow me as i build the universe in the coming years!

I call it comic/manga beacause my style is clearly heavily inspired by my favourite mangas because of my childhood, but im not going to make a traditional black and white, right to left read manga… im making a coloured left to right read comic with my own manga inspired style!

What is hots about?

Hearth of the storm is a story about two brothers ira and Valinn viori living after a war that was the most brutal in history. They come from the head family of the viori clan that are known as the thunder clan. the vioris started the war in search of dominance of the continent. Their father is the current head of the clan as he had to overthrow his father to end the war that the vioris were losing.
The older brother ira even fought in the war as a child and witnessed his best friends death, which changed him forever.

because the vioris started the war and lost it they are treated like scum everywhere. it burns ira inside and he carries bottomless pit of hatered in his hearth for everyone that is not a viori. jade is different, he was way too young to end up at the battle field. he is affraid and follows his brothers who seems to not have any fear left in him, only wrath.

Ira already carries a little reputition because he fought and even thrived in the bloody war. he is predicted to be a formidable force as a adult, andbecause of that most of the other clans fear him. it is believed that the brighter the blue eyes of a viori are the more power his soul carries. valinn known as vali is the only one in history born with purple eyes why he is known as the “marked one” he is believed to be marked for greatness or tragedy but no one knows which.
